All financial transactions on fs777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond fs777's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications network failures, and acts of government.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party content, game results, or odds data that result from systems not operated by fs777, provided fs777 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.

fs777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where prohibited by applicable law. Your continued use of fs777 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and fs777 in connection with these terms or any activity conducted on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fs777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. Platform transaction records, game logs, and account data maintained by fs777 shall be considered the authoritative record in any dispute. fs777's decision following the internal resolution process shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory statutory rights available to you under applicable law.
